Statement of Pollard's Attorneys Eliot Lauer and Jacques Semmelman

April 8, 2016

We confirm on behalf of Jonathan J. Pollard that Mr. Pollard has renewed his application in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to vacate three "Special Conditions" of parole that the Parole Commission first imposed upon him following his release from prison on November 20, 2015.

Those three Special Conditions are: (i) a requirement that Mr. Pollard wear an electronic bracelet at all times for GPS tracking of his whereabouts, (ii) the unfettered monitoring and inspection of Mr. Pollard's computers as well as those of any employer who chooses to hire him, and (iii) a curfew that requires Mr. Pollard to be at home from 7pm to 7am with limited exceptions.

A copy of the motion and supporting documents is attached.
