For good cause shown, it is hereby accordingly ORDERED that the government shall file a response to the defendant's motion for Modification of the Court's January 12, 2001 Memorandum Order based upon the Government's August 3, 2001 letter (#40) within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
It is further ORDERED that the government shall file a response to the defendant's motion for Reconsideration of the Court's August 7, 2001 memorandum Opinion and Judgment or for issuance of a certificate of appealability (#44) within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
