Judge Schedules Oral Argument in Pollard Motion
to Allow Counsel Access to Classified Docket Materials

Chief Judge Norma Holloway Johnson of the US District Court for the District of Columbia has scheduled oral argument on the Pollard motion to allow his security-cleared attorney access to the classified portions of the court docket. The argument will take place in Washington, Thursday, January 11, 2001, at 2:00 p.m.
